The government of India provides free food grains to more than 80 crores of people. Every month ration shop provides free rice, wheat, and sugar in some cases. In west bengal AAY cardholders get the most amount of ration whereas RKSY I and II cards get the least.
Mera Ration 2.0 App
As the Ration Scheme gets digitalized government has launched the Mera Ration 2.0 App. This app helps the user to manage all ration-related work easily. Those who have a smartphone can check their ration card status and add or modify members easily.
How to get Mera Ration 2.0
If you want to add or modify your family ration cards then you need to open the Google Play store first. Then search for ‘Mera Ration 2.0’, then download and install. Once installation is done register using an Aadhar card. While registering put Aadhar card to get OTP and fill in the captcha to log in.
How to Apply for New Member?
Firstly you need to log in to Mera Ration 2.0 App using Aadhar Card and OTP. Then click on the menu and choose the Family Details option. A new window will open showing all members who are currently registered. Now click on Add New Member and fill up the form with the necessary information. Once form fillup is done scan and upload the necessary documents. Now check all details entered and Submit.
