IMD weather predictions heavy rainfall alert with snowfall in some states

IMD Weather Alert : Heavy Rain in South and Snowfall prediction in Northern States

The indian weather is changing rapidly. Temparatures has started to fall quickly in many states as winter storms in. The capital city Dehi has been surrounded by dense fog during day time. Indian Metereological Department also warns about situation will be dreadful for coming days because of pollution.

Temperatures falling rapidly in many states

As stated earlier delhi has been covered in dense fog as winter enters. People of he city started to wear warm cloths in morning. Temperatures also dropped in states like Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Harayana. But some states have warnings about rain by IMD.

IMD warns about dense fog in Northern regions like Himalayan foothills, Sikkim from 17th to 19th November. Temperatures will drop in Punjab, Rajastahan, Madhyapradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand by 21st November.

Rain Alert

Some state of India will have rains as well. Indian Meteorological Department says Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka will get thunderstorms and rain. Also moderate amount of rain is expected in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Slight chances of rain in Maharastra and Gujrat is also expected.

IMD Issues Snowfall Alert

As per the IMD report a new western disturbance is likely to persist Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. Because of that snowfall is expected in mountain regions like Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Heavy snowfall is likely to bring steep temperature drops.
