Nayanthara : Beyond the Fairy Tale Netflix Documentary

Long awaited Netflix documentary is about to release on 18th November. For this documentary, Nayanthara and the team wanted to use some clips from the 2015 movie Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. Actor Dhanush was acting in the film and was the producer also. Despite of several attempts to get permission by Nayanthara, he refused. So, amid release actress wrote a long note on Instagram about the whole situation and points a gun at Dhanush.

Nayanthara Slams Dhanush on Social Media

On Saturday Nayantara wrote on her Instagram, ‘The vengeance that you have been festering against the film doesn’t affect my partner or me but the people who have given their full effort and time to this project. The documentary is about me, my life, my love and my marriage includes clips of many of my industry well wishers who graciously contributed memories from multiple films. But sadly it does not include the most special one’.

She also continued saying, ‘After 2 long years of fighting with you for a NOC and waiting for your approval for a Netflix documentary release we finally decided to give up. The documentary has been re-edited and settled for the current version as you did not permit the usage of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan song visuals or even the photographs.

All-time Low for Danush!

Nayanthara also mentions that this is an all-time low from Dhanush which speaks about his character. ‘Does a producer become an emperor who can control the lives, freedom, and liberty of all persons on the set?’ she added. Behind the scene videos that were captured with personal devices and already present in social media are also not permitted to be used.
