Mukesh Ambani”s wife Nita Ambani has been appointed as the chairperson for the joint venture. Uday Shankar will be the vice chairperson. Also, there will be 3 CEOs and they are Kevin Vaz for the overseas entertainment division, Kiran Mani for the combined digital division, and Sanjog Gupta will be directing the sports division.
