President Donald Trump again in a controversy. He slams Australian Envoy Kevin Rudd, “I Don’t Like You Either”, infront of Australian Prime Minister. The incident took place in White House on Monday.

Trump, who is sitting opposite from Rudd at the cabinet table, expressed his emotions openly. When asked about Rudd’s previous criticism of him, Trump replied, “Maybe he’d like to apologize.” The former president turned to Albanese and inquired, “Where is he? Is he still employed by you?” Unexpectedly, the Australian leader smiled uncomfortably and indicated to Rudd, who was seated next to the Trump.

Rudd said, “That was before I took this position, Mr. President,” in an effort to defuse the situation. Yet Trump suddenly walked in, saying, “I don’t like you either. I don’t. And I doubt I ever will.” According to reports, the interaction happened during an otherwise friendly meeting between the Australian delegation and Trump’s team. Confirming a submarine transaction under the AUKUS alliance and boosting defense ties were the main topics of discussion.

In the past, in particular when Trump was out of power, Kevin Rudd, a former prime minister from Anthony Albanese’s Labor Party, has publicly criticized Trump on social media. Both nations described larger conversations as beneficial despite the unpleasant meeting. An otherwise polite day at the White House was made more dramatic by the incident, which served as a reminder to everyone that Donald Trump rarely passes up an opportunity to express his opinions.
