Tamil industry’s one of the most anticipated film Kanguva is struggling to perform at the box office. It was released on 14th November with a good revenue. But just from Day 2 collections dropped and since then Suriya’s big-budget movies have been underperforming. Even the movie budget has not been recouped till now after Day 10. As per the report after Day 10 total Box Office Collection stands at Rs 66.15 Cr.

As per Sacnilk Suriya starer period action drama ‘Kanguva’ has made Rs 66.15 Cr till Day 10. On weekends sales got a little boost. Saturday’s collection was Rs 1.15 Cr and Sunday collections was 1.35 Cr.

Struggle in Box Office
The movie ‘Kanguva’s opening day collection was Rs 24 Crore. This showed a good start and producer KE Gnanavel Raja expected the movie to cross Rs 2000 Cr in total collection. But as of now, it shows no sign of reaching that high. The film was made with a large budget of approximately Rs 350 Crore. But it has failed to recover its making cost even after Day 11.
Kanguva Cast
The film features Suriya in dual characters, one as Kanguva and another as Francis Theodore. Bobby Deol can be seen as Udhiran, Disha Patani as Angela. Also, Natarajan Subramaniam, Yogi Babu, K.S Ravikumar, and many others can be seen.
Review and Ratings
Kanguva has mixed reviews from the audience, some praised the acting performance of Suriya, and some have criticized the story for missing connections. Etimes review says the visual experiences were very mesmerizing, but as the movie continues to switch between two timelines viewers are not able to connect emotionally. On the movie rating platform IMDb Kanguva scored 5.3 out of 10. It also managed to get 6.5 ratings on Book My Show.
