Lorazzo, a New Delhi based kitchen and bathroom fittings brand, has raised Rs 15 crore in a fresh funding round led by Sauce. The deal marks another bet on a consumer brand trying to bring design and technology into a category long dominated by plain, price-led hardware.
The round also includes a follow-on investment from Sprout Venture Partners, with Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital participating. The company said the money will go into expanding its product portfolio, product development, hiring, and strengthening its online and offline channels across more Indian states.
Lorazzo was founded in 2024 and positions kitchen and bathroom fittings as a choice driven by design, features and value rather than utility alone.
The funding round and the investors
Sauce, an early-stage fund that has backed consumer brands, led the round. Sprout Venture Partners returned as a follow-on investor, while Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital joined as participants. The investor mix suggests the company is being funded for distribution as much as for product, a common pattern for consumer brands that must reach buyers through both retail shelves and online channels. The company has not disclosed its valuation or the shareholding structure after the round.
How Lorazzo plans to use the fresh capital
The stated plan is practical. Part of the capital will expand the product range and fund product development. Another slice will go into growing the team. A third will strengthen the company’s online and offline channels and extend its presence to more states. That combination points to a brand that needs reach. Kitchen and bathroom fittings in India are still largely an offline purchase, often influenced by plumbers, contractors and channel partners, so building an offline footprint and a service network matters as much as the product itself.

A smart commode and a design-led bet
Lorazzo’s range covers faucets, kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, mirrors, cabinets, shower systems, bidets, wash basins and smart toilets. Its flagship product is the Intelli Smart Commode, a cleansing WC with a heated seat, electronically operated bidets, an air dryer, ambient lighting and digital temperature control. The commode is priced at Rs 58,999, which the company pitches below comparable cleansing toilets from international brands that typically sell between Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs 5 lakh. Lorazzo also offers warranties of up to 20 years across parts of its range, a move aimed at earning trust in a category where buyers cannot easily test a fixture before buying.
Revenue growth and the Rs 100 crore target
Lorazzo said its revenue has grown six times over the last 12 months through its omnichannel model. The company is now targeting Rs 100 crore in revenue over the next two years. Reaching that number will test its store economics and its ability to hold quality across cities. Growth in fittings tends to depend on repeat demand and dealer trust as much as on a single hero product.
Background and founders
Lorazzo was founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta. Luthra has said the category is one of the few large consumer segments where brands have stayed largely unchanged while consumers evolved quickly, with buyers increasingly weighing design, technology and the experience a home delivers. Gupta has framed the ambition more broadly, saying the aim is not to build another fittings company but a consumer brand for one of the most frequently used parts of every home, adding that design and technology win a customer’s attention while warranty, service and reliability earn trust.
What happens next
The new capital gives Lorazzo a longer runway to test whether a design-led brand can take share at the top of a crowded market, where buyers are willing to pay more for features and a dependable warranty. The next 12 months will show whether the omnichannel push and the smart product line turn early interest into durable revenue.
