Enterprise AI startup AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A round led by NTTVC, the Silicon Valley venture firm formed in partnership with Japan’s NTT group. The round also drew angel participation from George Still Jr., partner emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners, and Amit Zavery of ServiceNow, along with Giacomo Sonnino of Charlesbank Capital Partners.

AuxoAI will use the money to expand its global team of AI specialists, put more into its proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capability, and deepen partnerships in its key markets.

What AuxoAI Does

AuxoAI was founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, and is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. It works with large enterprises to find where AI can be used, redesign business processes and build systems that run in daily operations.

The company runs a Forward Deployed Engineering model, where AI strategists and engineers sit with the customer, study the operation and build production-ready tools. It has worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare and telecom.

Customers And Partnerships

Its customers include healthcare technology firm athenahealth and restaurant chain Fogo de Chao. In April 2026, AuxoAI announced a partnership with Google Cloud under the Gemini Enterprise transformation programme, which is tied to Google’s $750 million fund for its partner ecosystem. The company is also an AWS Advanced Tier partner.

Why Investors Are Backing Enterprise AI Services

Investors are increasingly funding firms that deploy AI inside large companies, not only those that build models. The founders said in a joint statement that technology alone will not bring AI into the operating fabric of an enterprise, and that human instinct is what earns customer trust.

AuxoAI now has to show that its delivery model works at a much larger scale.
