Shamrock AI Raises $5 Million Seed Round Led By Endiya Partners

Published on:

Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised USD 5 million, or about Rs 47.4 crore, in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners. Capria Ventures also participated in the round, which the Shillong-headquartered company describes as its first institutional funding.

The startup builds an agentic assurance platform. The product helps large enterprises deploy AI agents across critical business processes and keeps those agents working reliably in complex environments.

The Funding Round And Its Investors

Endiya Partners led the seed round, with Capria Ventures joining as an investor. Several outlets reported the same figures, and the company confirmed the names of both funds. Shamrock AI has not disclosed a post-money valuation, so any number on that front should be treated as unconfirmed.

What The Platform Does

The core of the product is an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph. That graph connects business processes, systems, data and configurations, so AI agents get context about how a particular enterprise actually operates. Shamrock AI argues that this context is the piece most agent deployments get wrong.

The company is starting with one narrow and painful problem. It uses AI agents to automate testing across large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. Running those tests again and again also builds a sharper picture of how an enterprise works.

Use Of Funds And Expansion Plans

The fresh capital will go into product development and hiring, with the team expanding across India and the United States. The company will also spend on go-to-market efforts and on an expansion into the Middle East.

The hiring plan is India-heavy. Shamrock AI expects 70 to 80 percent of its workforce to be based in India, while a client-facing team will be built in the United States. It already has offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco alongside its Shillong headquarters.

Customers And The Market

The startup says it already serves several Fortune 500 customers, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company. Those are significant logos for a company founded this year.

The round lands in a busy stretch for enterprise AI. Indian AI startups raised USD 438 million across 35 deals in the third quarter of 2026, up 265 percent from a year earlier, according to figures cited in the deal reports. Peer rounds include Parallel Loop’s USD 6.6 million seed led by 3one4 Capital and Clueso’s USD 10 million Series A led by Dharana Capital.

Founders And Background

Shamrock AI was founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati and Michael Gallagher. The founders built the company around assurance rather than raw speed, a bet that enterprises will run agents on core processes only if they can show the agents behave as expected.

What Happens Next

The company plans to use its testing base to move into data observability and autonomous business process automation. If that works, Shamrock AI would sit next to the integration layer served by peers such as Parallel Loop, but on the assurance side, which is where enterprise deployments often stall.

For now the focus is execution: converting Fortune 500 pilots into long term contracts, growing the India team and landing its first customers in the Middle East.
